The central location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and sights. Rooms are beautifully decorated, though some had minor cleanliness issues. The festive atmosphere during our stay added a lovely touch, but dining options didn’t quite meet expectations. A charming yet slightly flawed experience.

The location is amazing, the breakfast is really tasty and great. And it's 15 km from Entzheim airport. The rooms are huge and unique, the beds are exceptionally comfortable...

The location is unbeatable, and the courtyard with birdhouses added a lovely touch to our stay. The charm of the individually decorated rooms was lovely, especially the whirlpool bath.

The location of the hotel was excellent and having a car park next door made it even better.
My only complaint was that our room smelt of tobacco.

The Motel staff were very helpful, despite not speaking much English , and were available at all times. The booking in process, very late at nigh,t was excellent and the room was outstanding. The location couldn't have been better and I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. We were very impressed, and pleased with our choice.

The position was good, close to the 0old town and tourist sights.Breakfasts were good.
Do not offer services that you can not deliver. If they become unavailable ensure staff are aware and can inform guests.

Very nice room with "collombages" (typical alsacian houses) and jacuzzy. You do a good choice if you take your breakfast in your room.

The hotels locations couldn't of been any better. It's a short walk to the Cathedral. There are resturants all around.
The rooms were small and the hotel staff was not very helpful. When booking at this hotel you are paying for the location, not the room (small) or service (poor).

We thought that the staff were very friendly and efficient. The quality of the breakfasts was excellent, with plenty of choice. The location was superb, only a short walk from the cathedral and city centre. The room was large and quite well equiped.

We stayed for a weekend in room 114. We loved everything in this hotel - location and service. Room design is wonderful, breakfast is tasty. We had good selection of food - even three types of omlet. There were vegetables and fruits. Staff is helpful and friendly. Locaton is the best in town. Comfortable bathroom. Everything clean and comfortable.
